You receive a working intake and case-operations environment. Staffing and legal decision-making remain with your firm unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

02Does $899 include every module?
The subscription includes access to the modules described on this page. Seats, storage, documents, AI use, support, third-party services, and custom engineering follow the limits in the agreement.
03Will OBE staff our intake department?
Staffing is outside the current managed offer. OBE runs the software infrastructure while the firm manages its people, standards, reviewers, and legal decisions.
04Can we start with one case type?
Yes. One repeatable case type is the recommended first project, with a one-time $700 setup charge for that configuration.
