What this site is, and what it is not.
These terms cover arbitrationintel.com, the public marketing site operated by Obelisk, trading as ArbitrationIntel. Using the site means accepting them.
We build software. We do not practise law.
Everything published here, including the blog, the case study, and the pages describing intake practice, is general information about legal operations. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer who knows your matter.
Reading this site, emailing us, or booking a call does not create an attorney-client relationship with Obelisk or with anyone at it.
Attorneys remain responsible for legal judgment, filing decisions, and final approval of any work the product helps prepare.
Customer numbers are reported, not promised.
Figures attributed to a firm, including the Bennett Legal tooling comparison, are that firm's own reported numbers for its own situation. They describe what happened there.
They are not a forecast, a benchmark, or a promise about savings, speed, capacity, completeness, or legal outcomes at any other firm.
Read it, quote it with attribution, do not break it.
The text, images, diagrams, and page designs here belong to Obelisk. You may read, print, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing pages wholesale, or reusing the material to build a competing offering, is not permitted without written consent.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to systems behind it, or use automated access in a way that degrades service for others. Well-behaved crawling within the limits published in our robots.txt file is welcome.
The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every page is current, complete, or uninterrupted.
The product is governed separately.
Use of the OBE product application at obeliskos.com is governed by the customer agreement in place with that firm, not by this page. Where the two differ, the customer agreement controls the product.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
How this site handles data is described in the privacy policy. Questions about these terms go to founding@obelisk.law.
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
