This site collects almost nothing.
This policy covers arbitrationintel.com, the public marketing site operated by Obelisk, trading as ArbitrationIntel. The OBE product application at obeliskos.com is a separate system covered by its own customer agreement.
No tracking, no cookies, no forms.
These pages load no third-party scripts. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, and no chat widget.
The site sets no cookies. It hosts no forms, so there is no field on any page here that submits your name, email address, or case details to us.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because this site does not gather any to sell.
Server logs, one browser preference, and email you send us.
Server request logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data, including IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp, to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider and handles that data under its own terms.
One browser preference. If you minimise the demo banner, the site stores a single entry named ob_demo_minimized in your browser's local storage so it stays minimised on your next visit. It holds only that setting, it never leaves your browser, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Email you choose to send. If you write to founding@obelisk.law, we receive and keep that message, and whatever you put in it, in our email system so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Links that leave arbitrationintel.com.
Booking a call. The booking link opens a third-party scheduling service. What you enter there is handled by that service and by us as the recipient of the booking, not by this site.
The product application. obeliskos.com requires an account, handles firm and claimant data, and is governed by the customer agreement in place with that firm. Nothing in this policy describes it.
Ask us anything about this, in writing.
To ask what we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we handle it, email founding@obelisk.law. For this site, that will almost always mean email correspondence you have already sent us.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
