Our journey began in Berlin with Streamhub UG, becoming the primary production vendor for Google Developers and Google Launchpad. We shot over 200 stories for Google across 31 countries before pivoting full-time into data engineering, Vision LLMs, and mass consumer arbitration in Dallas, Texas.
Built by founder Tim Ottowitz alongside trial lawyer Charles Bennett and legal operations staff to solve the real document gridlock of high-volume litigation.
Our journey began in the vibrant startup scene of Berlin, Germany, where we founded Streamhub UG, a production company. We served the startup ecosystem and soon became the primary video production vendor for Google Developers and Google Launchpad. For nearly a decade, we engaged with high-growth startup founders globally, producing content that highlighted their innovations.
We shot over 200 stories for Google, including 20 global stories across 31 countries specifically for Google Business covering social impact and technology across Android Marketplace and TensorFlow. In 2018, we collaborated with AI pioneer Peter Norvig on an AI story for Portal Telemedicina, demonstrating how TensorFlow and Google Vision identified cancer cells by connecting legacy hospital systems with advanced machine learning models.
Through extensive work in software development and AI, particularly during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, founder Tim Ottowitz recognized the limitations of travel-based production. This spurred a transition into programming, focusing on Vision LLMs, and expanding into full-stack and data engineering. This expertise culminated in data structuring roles, including his position as Chief Technology Officer at Bennett Legal in Dallas, Texas.
At Bennett Legal, Tim encountered the complexities of consumer arbitration and the critical need for efficient data processing in mass arbitration cases. This insight spurred the development of an internal solution, OB, alongside legal professionals Charles Bennett (trial lawyer) and the firm's intake paralegals.
This is the breakthrough angle for OBE: where 14 years of creative storytelling and high-volume acquisition converge directly with frontier AI and legal data engineering. Rather than treating marketing as an external agency silo, Tim productized a 360-degree model within OBE: pairing a dedicated creative pipeline for Meta Ads and ad capital with an integrated case marketplace. The system channels claimants from their first ad interaction through automated intake, structuring facts and managing the entire workflow from ad click to statement of claim.
